PRESENTATION OF THE COMPANY AND OF THE SOLE SHAREHOLDER:

S.C. EUROSOLARIS PRODIMPEX S.R.L., was founded in 1993 with a fully Romanian capital. The company has a sole shareholder, his name is CIOROIANU JUSTINIAN ION and his profession that of engineer.

EUROSOLARIS PRODIMPEX S.R.L. has a large object of business but, since the capital is scarce, it is running a non-profit activity, that of research since 1996. In this respect we run market surveys, worked out technologies, projects and strategies for achievement of major goals that would allow the company to fit into the current market economy and make itself useful to society. In this period of time the company cultivated, maintained and developed the inter-human relationships so that at this time, through the partnerships that we can establish with other companies renowned in the field, we are able to carry out the works or deliver services at high professional and technical level in the fields of approach.

The corporate business:

A-Business developed by S.C. Eurosolaris Prodimpex S.R.L. and its sole shareholder -Mail-order house – distributor of COLGATE – PALMOLIVE products -car mechanics school: courses – computer-aided theoretical lessons and practical workshop lessons on the car "Dacia 1300", as well as car driving lessons for beginners, theoretical lessons with video record watch and practical car driving lessons in the driving range on Dacia 1300, under contract with the 6th District Public Domain Administration for use of the Ghencea Driving Range.

1. Environment protection:

a)-working out of environment-friendly technologies;
We contacted: The Presidency of Romania, the Romanian Government, Environment Protection Agency, "Green Peace International" and "Green Peace European Unit", Bucharest City Hall, Ion Tiriac Holding, etc.

2. Civil Engineering:- goals such as micro-district of houses (residential park) or loft conversion for the dwelling block platforms already existing. We contacted: Bucharest City Hall, 1st District City Hall, 5th District City Hall, 6th District City Hall, Proiect Bucuresti, Aroconstruct SA, Eu-Ro Instalatii SA, Rompetrol SA., Agena Guard S.R.L and a large number of customers.

3. Foreign trade operations; import: sugar, crude oil, malt, barley, two-row barley; export: flour, wheat, timber, alcohol. We contacted: Martini, Cinzano and Campari in Italy, the Economic and Commercial Mission of the Ukrainian Embassy in Romania, Embassy of the Republic of Moldova, Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria, Brãila Commodities Exchange, Romanian Commodities Exchange SA, C.I.T.C. SA and for partnerships with foreign companies the U.S.A. and the German Embassies in Bucharest, Yugoslavian Chamber of Commerce and Italian Chamber of Commerce.

4. Inland trade:

a)-distributor of Metabond special friction-proof oil We contacted: Shell Romania, Competrol SA, Agip SA, Petrom SA, D-U Craiova, Rocar SA Bucuresti, Dacia SA Pitesti, Aro SA Campulung Muscel, Tractorul Brasov;

b)-distributor of environment-friendly industrial detergents; We contacted: Arpechim Pitesti, Teleajen Refinery, Brazi Refinery, F.E. Turceni, F.E. Isalnita, F.E. Rovinari

c)- distributor of chemicals, We contacted: SC Chimenerg Craiova.

d)-distributor of food products to the Ministry of National Defence, We contacted for meat products: T. C. Contes, Carniprod Tulcea, for can food: S. C. Facos S.A.-Suceava and for sugar and alcohol: Petroconsult S.A.-Ploiesti.

5. Designing: - joint projects for pressure vessels. Customers: Zarca Refinery in Jordan, Elmex Soda Factory in Egypt, Schryaz Soda Factory in Iran We contacted: -for collaboration, a Romanian design institute specialized in the field, -for brokerage, an Italian partner

6. Publicity: We contacted: S. C. Aqua Service SRL, Jazz Club Bucuresti, National School of Political and Administrative Studies, the Refresher Centre for the Public Administration Officers -We entered into contract with the 6th District Public Domain Administration We fulfilled the following parts:
Publicity agent for the dwelling block heating plants, collaboration with S. C. Compact Sigma S.A.
Publicity agent for:

a) individual apartment meters for the hot water and the cold water systems;

b) cost distribution frames (heater meters), collaboration with S.C. Agena Guard. S.R.L. -Publicity agent for security, protection and quick intervention for break-in control, in collaboration with Caravan Guard S.R.L.

7. Tourism: Goal: building a tourist compound in a mountain area and another on the seaside with Italia Invest SRL as partner .We contacted: Intercontinental Hotel, Ambasador Hotel, Star Lido SA Hotel, O.N.T. Carpati (National Organization for Tourism), Sun Med International, Meteoria Tours 96, Business High-School no. 5 which also has a tourism profile, as well as coach owners.

8. Energetics .We contacted RAL Tg. Jiu, for repairs to the Dragotesti Heating Power Plant.

9. Humanitarian aid System: – for humanitarian aid We contacted the Romanian Patriarchy and
- for a pacifist and humanitarian action,
We contacted the U.S.A. President, George W. Bush.

10. Newspaper
-We contacted lmprimeria Nationalã (the National Printing Company), Compania. Nationalã Posta Românã S.A. (the Romanian Post National Company) and Rodipet S.A., for the creation of a publicity newspaper

11. Showbiz management:
-preparations for artistic shows, We contacted "Constantin Tãnase" Musical and Satirical Theatre, Ecran Club, "Uverturii" Bar-Restaurant, "Halifax" Disco Club, T.V. Pro Video and the newspapers: Evenimentul Zilei, Adevãrul, Libertatea.

12. Modelling:
- partnership with Max Media Group for Hostess and Sampling for Club Martin, Sampling for Disco Club Flamingo.

13.Sportive Training Centre: Soccer "Fair Play" Cup, we contacted: "lulia Manoliu" National Stadium, Chiajna Mayor’s Office for the "Concordia" field, DUAL-MAN for the "Urbis" field, Polytechnic University of Bucuresti for the Politehnica fields of the Leul Student Dormitory and the fields next to the Sport Department Office, the Pasteur Institute for the Pasteur soccer field, Tungal Metru Bucuresti for the Tungal field of Militari, Tenis Club, S.O.C.E.T S.A. for sponsorship, YAKI Hagi Sport Hotel of Mamaia as well as the clubs Sportul Studentesc, F.C. National and Steaua Bucuresti.

14. Car Repairs:
-We contacted ARO Construct S.A. for partnership

15. Real estate brokerage:
We contacted Alpina Imobiliare for partnership

16. Healthcare: operative teams of Medicine students to measure blood pressure of ill and senior persons who cannot come to the Healthcare Establishment and need home operative intervention.

C-Entered into contracts with: 6th District Market Place Administration and the 6th District City Hall for the consumer product trade in the Veterani Market Place It is worth mentioning that during such a long period of time since 1974 up to present we acquired a vast experience that allows us to provide at professional and highly technical standards the best quality services in the specialty fields referred to herein, together with our executive partners.
